Il Datalogger PLUSR200 EXPERT è testato e regolato
in fabbrica come attestato dal "rapporto di taratura"
allegato in questa confezione.
Quando esso si trova in servizio, è necessaria una sua
verifica periodica per garantire l'attendibilità delle
registrazioni come stabilito dalla UNI EN12830 e in
conformità a quanto previsto dalla UNI EN13486.
La verifica è necessaria anche se la temperatura di
utilizzo si discosta in maniera significativa da quella di
prova riportata nel rapporto di taratura.
La verifica consigliata è annuale e può essere
effettuata nei seguenti modi:

Presso un centro omologato per la taratura
degli strumenti: centri ACCREDIA per l'Italia
(www.accredia.it); per gli altri paesi europei
consultare il sito con l'elenco dei centri autorizzati
per la verifica degli strumenti di misura della
nazione interessata.

Per comparazione diretta usando un dispositivo
di misurazione, controllato periodicamente con
multimetro e termometro testati e certificati
ACCREDIA.
RISULTATI DELLA VERIFICA.
Il Datalogger contenuto nei quadri serie PLUSR200
EXPERT ha una classe di accuratezza 1 quindi:
Se la differenza tra il valore misurato dal Datalogger e
quello di riferimento è compresa fra ±1°C la verifica ha
esito POSITIVO.
Se la differenza tra il valore misurato dal Datalogger e
quello di riferimento è superiore a +1°C o inferiore a
-1°C la verifica ha esito NEGATIVO.
Tutti gli esiti della verifica devono essere annotati e
conservati.
Se la verifica dà esito negativo si può provare a
sostituire la sonda gialla collegata al Datalogger.
Se la verifica sull' insieme Datalogger e nuova sonda
risultasse ancora negativa bisogna restituire la scheda
PLUSR200 EXPERT e la sonda gialla di registrazione
dello strumento ad un centro di assistenza autorizzato
PEGO per una nuova calibrazione. In alternativa si può
anche procedere da parte di personale esperto alla
regolazione dello strumento in loco per mezzo di
confronto diretto con lettore digitale e sonda campione
muniti di certificato di taratura ACCREDIA valido.
VERIFICA PERIODICA - PERIODICAL CHECK

PLUSR200 EXPERT datalogger is checked and
calibrated in our factory as attested by "calibration
reports" attached in this box.
When it is in service, a periodic check is necessary to
guarantee the reliability of the registrations as
established by UNI EN12830 standard and accordingly
with UNI EN13486.
This check is necessary even if the temperature used
is far different from that checked and reported in the
certificate of calibration.
The check is recommended every year and could be
done as follows:

In an accredited center for instruments calibration:
ACCREDIA centers for Italy (www.accredia.it); for
other european countries please search the site
with list of accredited laboratories for measuring
instruments verification of your nation.

As direct
instruments, periodically tested with multimeter
and thermometer
ACCREDIA.
CHECK RESULTS.
Datalogger contained in PLUSR200 EXPERT series
panel has an accuracy class level 1 so:
If the difference between Datalogger measured value
and the reference measure is comprized into ±1°C
check has POSITIVE
If the difference between Datalogger measured value
and the reference measure is more than +1°C or less
than -1°C check has
All the verification results must be booked and
retained.
If the check has negative result please try to substitute
the yellow probe connected to Datalogger.
If Datalogger and new probe check fail again please
send back the PLUSR200 EXPERT and the yellow
registration probe to a PEGO authorized service center
for a brand new calibration.
Alternatively, expert staff can also proceed to adjust
the instrument on site by means of direct comparison
with digital reader and sample probe equipped with a
valid ACCREDIA calibration certificate.
