Legal-to-Letter Reduction will reduce the document to fit on one sheet of paper versus two,
reducing paper handling tasks – copying and stapling – and reducing supply costs.
• The newly designed Intuitive Control Panel, with dedicated keys for advanced functions and
large easy-to-read 2-line x 22-character LCD (liquid crystal display), allows the user to quickly
navigate and program desired tasks and check the status of all your transactions.
• The QWERTY Quick Dial keypad is styled after the PC keyboard, allowing the user to easily
input destination names, fax headers, names and e-mail addresses. Or, if preferred, the
keyboard can be quickly changed to the traditional ABC format.
