Prior to installation, a service technician must assign an IP address, Mail address, Account
Name, Password, etc. to the s system equipped with NIC FAX (i.e., Color Scan-to-Email, Internet
Fax, IP-Fax, LAN Fax/Print/Scan capabilities). To properly configure the system during installa-
tion, please be sure to make the following information available:
