Making a precedence call
There are five methods by which you can make a priority call:
• Dial plan configuration: Configuration is done on Local Session Controller (LSC) or Enterprise
Session Controller (ESC) with Feature Access Code (FAC).
• Priority softkey: Visible only when it is configured with the appropriate system parameter.
• Main Menu.
• Options & Settings menu.

Making a precedence call by using Main menu

Procedure
1. Press Main menu button.
2. Select Priority Call.
3. Select the precedence level from the Precedence Selection screen.
4. Enter the extension from one of the following:
• Contacts
• Recents
• Dial extension from dialpad

About this task
Use this procedure to make call with precedence level by manually dialing the extension number.
Before you begin
Ensure that dial plan is configured on Local Session Controller or Enterprise Session Controller
with Feature Access Code (FAC).
Procedure
1. Lift the handset, press Speaker or Headset (if applicable), or select a line button for an
available line.
2. Dial the FAC followed by the extension number.
