Asynchronous Configuration Protocol AoE

For configuration purpose (Parameter, Curves, Command Table and Program Handling)
the Beckhoff ADS-Protocol is used. Within EtherCAT this protocol is integrated as AoE
(ADS over EtherCAT). For this reason the AoeNetId has to be used for ADS over
EtherCAT.
