Ending a Meeting

You can end a meeting in one of the following two ways:
• Disconnect the call while leaving the main power on to perform other
operations.
• Disconnect the call and turn off the system.
In either case, use the menu to end the meeting.
Pressing the POWER ON button on the Remote Commander will not turn
off the power.
Follow the steps below.
If the MAIN menu is displayed, choose the method for finishing the
meeting in step 3.

Display the QUICK or MAIN menu.

If the QUICK menu is on the screen, select [SYSTEM OFF] and then
select [OK].

The Rollabout Processor, camera unit, and TV are turned off and
switched to standby.
If the MAIN menu is on the screen, select [END OF MEETING].
