MAKE SURE THE MACHINE HAS BEEN TURNED OFF AND UNPLUGGED FROM THE POWER SOURCE BEFORE PERFORM-
ING ANY MAINTENANCE OR ADJUSTMENTS.
INSTALLING THE CHUCK
1.
Lift the chuck guard as shown.

Fit the arbor into the chuck as shown.

Slide the arbor into the quill assembly as shown.

Clean inside the chuck with a dry cloth until all
grease or lubricant is removed.
4.
Make sure the arbor is inserted all the way into the
chuck.
6.
Using the feed handles, lower the chuck against
a piece of wood on the table to pressfit it into the
quill.
