Peak criteria settings and wavelength limiting allow you to define how
laser line peaks are measured.
How Laser-Line Peaks are Defined
A laser line will only be measured as a peak if the amplitude is greater than
the peak threshold limit and the rise-and-fall (excursion) is greater than or
equal to the peak excursion. In addition, peaks are only measured within
the wavelength limits that you specify.

In this figure, only three laser lines are identified as peaks: responses 1,
3, and 4.

Response 2 is not identified as a peak because it is below the peak
threshold.

Responses 4 and 5 are identified as one peak laser line. This is because
the minimum point between 4 and 5 does not drop to the peak
excursion limit.
