Test. Press the LED indicator to enter test mode.
The LED indicator will flash alternatively and the alarm sound will beep four times at the same time
3. Get started
3.1. To get started, you will need:
• FSSEG-X3 Smart Gateway
• FSCMD344 CO Detector
• The Fiberserv mobile app
3.2 Connect to gateway's network
1. Set your gateway to permit joining. (Add new device).
2. Pull out the battery pull tab to power on the CO Detector.
3. Use a pin to press the reset button in the CO Detector for two seconds until the LED rapidly
flashes in yellow, and it will join the gateway's network. The LED light will become steady when it
has successfully joined.
4. Now you can see the CO Detector under "Security" in the mobile App.
3.3 Mounting instructions
• To increase safety factors in single-floor house, it is suggest to install at least one sensor in
each bedroom. Please install the sensor at least 6m away from chimney or gas fixture.
• To increase safety factors in multi-storey house, it is suggested that at least one sensor is
installed in each bedroom and at least one sensor is installed in the basement. Please install
the sensor at least 6m away from chimney or gas fixture.

Mounting steps:

1. Make sure that the surface is clean to ensure good bonding.
