Before servicing the engine (disassembling of
the cylinder head, cylinder, and clutch),
thoroughly drain the coolant.
1. Drain the transmission oil.

2. Drain off the coolant from the cooling
system. (See, paragraph "Coolant
draining" .)
3. Remove the spark plug lead wire and
spark plug.
Disconnect radiator hoses at cylinder
head.
