Make sure the wire harness is in a position it
will not make contact with exhaust pipe, which
could short out C.D.I. unit.
Troubleshooting
If the ignition spark is of poor quality or if there
is no spark at all; use the following procedure,
to locate and repair the problem.

Spark plug test
Remove the spark plug and check the
spark.
Groung the spark plug cap to the cylinder
head, and kick the starter.
NOTE: ____________________ __
If the spark plug is oily or has carbon deposits,
clean it or replace.
