Align white markings on fuel pipes.
Section A -A

Clip ends should not position in this area .
Use care not to flatten between tank and
protector.
After clamping COl
magneto leads and
wire harness, bend.

Clamp COl magneto leads and wire
harness.
Refer to Section C-C .
Fuel pump
Brake hose
Clamp at two places on rear arm.
Bring case breather from right side of
duct and pass through clamp on rear part
of air cleaner case, and let it suspend.
Put couplers inside the side cover.

Wire harness
• /17';; Voltage regurator
Wire harness grounding
lead (Orange)
Secure to ignition coil.
Brake hose
Clamp at two places
on under-bracket
and outer tube.
Route inside the balance pipe and
Clutch cable
Pass through two guides on right side of
frame and between frame and radiator,
then along one side of engine cylinder.
Gap should be more than 5 mm (0.20 in).
(Actual measurement)
through clamp (upper right) on the
carburetor joint. Then, route under
flywheel magneto leads and to left side of
frame.
