For replacement battery pack use only Part No. MX350009.

Do not dispose of the battery pack in a fire. The cell may
explode.

The battery pack is 24% cadmium (Cd) by weight. This battery
pack must be disposed of properly. Check with local codes for
special disposal instructions.

Do not open or mutilate the battery pack.

Exercise care in handling battery packs in order not to short the
terminals with conducting materials such as rings, bracelets and
keys. The battery or conductor may overheat and cause burns.

Charge the battery pack using the AC adapter provided with or
identified for use with this product only in accordance with the
instructions and limitations specified in this manual. For AC
adapter use only Part No. MX350002 (North America) or
MX396013 (Europe).

Excessive Heat and Cold

Do not expose the instrument to intense sunlight for prolonged
periods.
Exposure to excessive heat or cold may result in erroneous readings.
