Table 3-15 Pipeline checklist
Expected Result
Ports are connected correctly. The pipelines have oil trap, inverted
traps, gradients (of refrigerant pipes), and pipe supports.
The hose clamps and cable ties of the condensate water pipe are
reliably secured.
All pipes are secured reliably and steadily.
All pipes are wrapped with thermal insulation foam, and the
insulation foam is intact.
The water pipe joints are sealed by sealant.
Check that the needle valve plug is secured (torque of 0.45± 0.05
N•m), and valve bonnet is tightened.
The pipes are not seriously bent.

Expected Result
Cables are intact and not over-bent.
No open or short circuits, or incorrect connections occur in
electrical loops.
The power cables for the indoor and outdoor units, signal cable,
teamwork cable, and T/H sensor cable are connected as required.
The rated specifications of the upstream general circuit breaker
meet the maximum current requirement.
All cables, connectors, and screws are secured.
Devices are properly grounded.
Issue 01 (2017-07-27)
Expected Result
The cable ties on the differential pressure tubes
are secured.
There is no foreign matter in the differential
pressure tubes. The differential pressure tubes
are not seriously bent.
The air filter is correctly installed according to
the air flow direction on the frame.
