802.1x Authentication

The Cisco IP Phones support 802.1X Authentication.
Cisco IP Phones and Cisco Catalyst switches traditionally use Cisco Discovery Protocol (CDP) to identify
each other and determine parameters such as VLAN allocation and inline power requirements.
