*1 Command is used to clear the IO-Link device backup data that is stored in the IO-Link Master Unit.
The meanings of the set values are as follows:
Set value
01 hex Clears the IO-Link backup data.
00 hex Does not clear the IO-Link backup data.
*2 Result is used to display the cleared status of the IO-Link device backup data that is stored in the IO-Link Master Unit.

0000 hex Backup completed or not executed.
0001 hex Backup failed.
FFFF hex Execution is in progress.
