7. MAINTENANCE / SUPPORT
Before proceeding with maintenane interventions on the pump, the latter should be disconnected from the
mains.
If water temperature is high or the pressure within the sysems is high, you should leave the pump to cool
down before proceeding with any intervention. Burn hazard!
The pumps are built to operate for several years in normal conditions without any maintenance.
Should the pumps be inactive for prolonged periods, they may block.
To unlock the pump follow the steps below:
Shut down the pump, close the valves fitted on the intake and delivery lines, remove the vent screw using the screw driver
(fig. 1-POS.5). The latter should be rotated until there is no friction force. Tighten the vent screw.
The appliance is not intended for use by children or persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
improperly trained, unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or if they have not been duly trained
by such person. The children should be supervised to make sure they do not play with the device.
NOTE: THE PUMP SHOULD BE VENTED AND STARTED WHEN IS SET TO SPEED (3).

RED LIGHT
DESCRIPTION
Voltage too low or absent phase. Check the power supply.
Pump motor temperature is too high. If the fault repeats 3 times you should disconnect
and reconnect the power source. If this occurs although fluid temperature is moderate, it
is required to perform maintenance.
Internal error in pump contacts. Disconnect and reconnect the power source. If the fault
persists, you should perform maintenance.
Incorrect direction of rotation. Reverse the two voltage phases.
