7. Hydraulic Oil Reservoir

Lube point(s) - Return filters
Capacity : 19 liters
Lube - TYPE A
Interval - Check oil daily. Change after every 1000
hours of operation or at least every 2 years.
Reservoir Draining :
THE FILTERS MUST BE REPLACED WHEN THE OIL IS CHANGED
IN THE MAIN RESERVOIR.

NOTE: Do not let the oil spill on the work platform or on the
ground.

Reservoir Filling :

– JLG Lift –
Place a container with a minimum capacity of 25
liters under the oil reservoir plug.
Unscrew the drain plug.
Tighten the drain plug once all the oil has been
drained.
Used oils must be disposed of according to
regulations in force.
Replace the pressure filter cartridge (refer to
"Hydraulic Filters section").
Unscrew the return filter cover and remove the
spring.
Remove the filter cartridge.
Fill the tank with new oil to the maximum level.
Install a new filter cartridge, check the presence
of the O-ring and close the filter lid.
Perform a few movements to bleed the air from
the hydraulic circuit.
Check oil level in the tank through sight gauge
on the reservoir and add oil if necessary, with

POSITION, without exceeding maximum level.
