■Connection
Question
I cannot connect to the host station.
Answer
Check the settings of the remote station.
・ Check whether the connection type is
correctly selected "Settings" in "Tool"
menu of the ARCP-890.
・ For connection directly connected to
TS-890S, select "KNS (KENWOOD
NETWORK COMMAND SYSTEM) (Directly
to TS-890S)" in " Connection to the
TS-890S" and check whether the PC IP
address is correctly selected.
Confirm that "Connect to" is selected
correctly and the IP address, type of
administrator / user, administrator ID,
user name and password of the
connection destination are correct.
・ For connection via ARHP-890, select "KNS
(KENWOOD NETWORK COMMAND
SYSTEM) (Via ARHP-890)" in
" Connection to the TS-890S" and check
whether the IP address of PC is correctly
selected.
Confirm that "Connect to" is selected
correctly and the IP address, type of
administrator / user, administrator ID,
user name and password of the
connection destination are correct.
・ Check the port forwarding setting of the
broadband router.
Check the settings of the host station.
・ For connection directly connected to
TS-890S, check whether the TS-890S IP
address, user name and password are
correct.
・ For connection via ARHP-890, check
whether the ARHP-890 IP address, port
number, user name and password are
correct.
