Implementing
information, test and reporting results to H.248 module, under the
control of H.248 (factually, under the control of MGC/SS)

Occupying and returning Rtp side resources, such as T network

Opening and closing the RTP path; modifying RTP path parameters
The Agtrace service tracing sub-module provides the following functions:
Call loss completion, and measuring call loss according to failure types
Suspended resource data area observation

statistics for services and relevant modules.

H.248 System

The H.248 system is responsible for maintaining connections between the
ZXMSG 5200 and the SOFTSWITCH control equipment. The system can
interpret and execute SOFTSWITCH commands.
Figure 17 shows the overall block diagram as well as internal and external
interfaces of H.248 system.

Coding/decoding module (CD_Code): Serves to receive MGC megaco
information sent from the IP subsystem, transform the information into
the internal H.248 information structure and then send them to the
