The service refer to traditional intelligent services as a result of
interconnection between the SOFTSWITCH control equipment and
the SCP, such as 300 and 800.
Broadband Internet service
The services combining voice and information/Internet
These services are: Click to Dial, WEB 800, escorted browsing
(synchronous browsing) among multimedia terminals and maintaining
the attributes and status data of the customized service by the
customer. Generally, they are provided by the interaction of the
application server and SOFTSWITCH control equipment.
Multimedia service
These services include point-to-multipoint multimedia communications,
multiparty multimedia conference service and other multimedia VASs,
which can be provided by the SOFTSWITCH control device or through
the interaction between the application server and the SOFTSWITCH
control device.
Services developed and generated via API
A third-party provider can use API provided by a ZXSS10 APP
application server to develop services like IP Call Center quickly
conveniently and cost effectively. This service provision mode can take
advantage of social resources and thus features sound application
future.
