13. DigitMap Descriptor
The digit map is a dial scheme that resides in MG, and is used to detect
and report digit events that terminations receive. It contains a digit
map name and allocated digit map.
14. Statistics Descriptor
Provide the statistics of a termination.
15. Packages Descriptor
It is only used for the AuditValue command, returning a list of
packages that are implemented by terminations.
16. ObservedEvents Descriptor
It is used for the Notify command, notifying what event MGC has
detected. When it is used in the AuditValue command, it returns events
that are not notified and stored in the event buffer.
17. Topology Descriptor
Define the flow directions between the terminations in a context.

Message Format

Figure 18 shows the message format for communications between MGC
and MG.
