Interface and Communication

In this chapter, you will learn about:
The interfaces and related communication protocols.

Interfaces

Subscriber Side Interfaces

POTS interface: The system provides at most 1,856 POTS interfaces.
ADSL subscriber interface: The system provides at most 928 ADSL
subscriber interfaces.

Network Side Interfaces

The system provides 100M and gigabit Ethernet interfaces at the network
side for narrowband media stream, H.248 protocol stream and broadband
data stream. The three data streams can be flexibly configured on any
uplink Ethernet port.
Specifically:
1000M optical interface and electric interface: One can be selected for
the configuration.
