FOUR-DIGIT ERROR CODES
The four-digit error codes will appear in the following position in the operator
information area:
9012
When an error code appears, find the code in the list below and attempt the
recovery procedure.

Meaning
9001
Your record table is full and there is not room to enter additional
keystrokes.
To recover, press the Recrd key. If you would like to enter a new
keystroke sequence, you can remove the keystroke sequence defined
for one PF key: press the Recrd key, press that PF key, and enter the
new keystroke sequence. Or you can remove all the stored keystroke
sequences: press the Recrd key, press and hold the Alt key and press
the Erase Input key.
9002
A hardware failure has occurred and your record keystroke
sequence(s) has been changed.
To recover, erase all the keystroke sequences. Press the Recrd key,
press and hold the Alt key and press the Erase Input key. Enter your
keystroke sequence(s) again. If this error occurs several times, replace
the logic element. (Go to Chapter 5.)
9003
While performing the record or play function, you pressed a key other
than the Alt, Recrd, Reset, Erase Input, or a shift key before pressing a
valid PF key.
To recover, press a valid PF key.
