Push in and hold the two right latches on the
logic element: then, while holding the latches,
pull the right side of the logic element from the
display element.

Exchange the failing logic element with a good one.

go to Packaging Instructions in this chapter.
Remove the aluminum foil from the logic element;
then remove the tape from the connector.
