Logic Element
The failing element should be packed using the original or equivalent packaging
material and returned to IBM for repair or replacement.
CAUTION
Do not touch any parts on the inside of the logic element. They can be
easily damaged.
Keyboard Element
The failing element should be packed using the original or equivalent
packaging
material and returned to IBM for repair or replacement.
Note: Any customer changes to keytops should be returned to the standard
layout
before exchange.
