AX12270 CPU board's hardware features.
3.1

Processor

The AX12270 comes with an embedded high-performance VIA V4
compliant Eden processor. The CPU can be operated under Windows
CE, Windows XP, Winsows XP Embedded and Embedded Linux
systems.
3.2

CPU Bus Clock

The Host Clock can be doubled inside the CPU to operate in a range
of 400MHz.
3.3

BIOS

The AX12270 uses Award Plug and Play BIOS with a single 4Mbit
Flash EPROM.
3.4

System Memory

The AX12270 PC/104 CPU module supports DDR2 memory onboard
with maximum system memory 256MB unbufferred SDRAMs.
