7. In order to open the printer release the magnetic lock of the lid (PRINT//UNLOCK LID).
The lock releases the blockade for 10 seconds.
8. Softly press and then lightly lift the printer lid.
9. Turn the power off, and disconnect the power cord from the socket.
10. Carefully discard the transport protections located on the inside, also those surrounding
the laser.
11. Install the glass protecting the laser.
a. Put on the safety gloves in order to protect yourself from injuring the hand against
the edge of the heating module.
b. Holding the heating module (see image 10), unscrew the two wing bolts holding the
module with the lid.
c. Carefully lower the heating module to the lower part of the printer.
