[3] DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING

(1) Separating Engine and Clutch Housing

• See page 1-S23.

(2) Front Case

Clutch Housing
1. Support the engine securely.
2. Remove the front case mounting bolts (1).
3. Remove the front case (3) from the engine.
(When reassembling)
• Apply liquid gasket (Three Bond 1206D or equivalent) to the
joint face of the engine and the front case.

(4) Groove (for liquid gasket)
