Calibrating
Calibrating the mass scale entails setting up a calibration file and specifying calibration
parameters in MassLynx.

4.1 Setting Up the Calibration File

Before calibrating, you must remove the current calibration file and select a reference file:
1. Select Calibration > Calibrate Instrument

2. Select NaICs2
