STEP 24:
• SECURELY assemble the SHROUD (51) to the middle rectangular tube on the RIGHT PIVOT ARM (4) using using two RH CAPS (48),
two 3/8 X 1-1/2" BOLTS (17), two 3/8" RH WASHERS (28) and two 3/8 X 1" SPACERS (30) as shown in FIGURE 24.
