the handset.

Incoming alerts and messages, in addition to various status notifications, can be indicated by
sound and vibration.

Sound pressure level range for adjustable auditory signals: 43.24 dB - 70.72 dB.
11.2 Color-Coded LED Signals
The LED priority beacon in front of the top display is used to indicate the priority level, or the
category, of incoming alerts. When a high priority alert also has a category color, the LED
alternates between red and category color flashes.
The LED is also used to indicate incoming text messages and phone calls, and to show the
battery and charging status.
In the case of a crisis alert, the LED beacon alternates between the category color and red in
the specified crisis flashing frequency (3 Hz) in the following pattern: Category color - Pause -
Red - Pause (repeat).
