LED Beacon

When the front display is in sleep mode, the color of the alert is shown by the LED beacon. The
LED beacon flashes for a while and is then turned off.
7.2.3

Lock Screen

When the front display is in sleep mode, the front display will automatically light up to show
newly received alerts on the lock screen.

Top Bar

The top bar shows alert information, such as the icon and color of the alert.

The top bar can also be used to show availability (as in the example below). To enable this,
instead of alert information, the value Login > Enable user availability status needs to be
changed to Yes in the Device Manager (default: No).

The top bar also shows the number of pending (not yet handled) alerts, refer to 7.5 Pending
Alerts on page 58.

Notification

When an alert is received, it may appear on screen as a notification, refer to
on page 73.

7.3 Prioritization of Alerts

Alerts can be prioritized, which for example controls the order of presentation in the top
display. The following priorities exist for alerts:

High
Medium
