    Connectivity Ascom IR Location The Ascom IR Location feature is used to keep track of and report the location of handsets. It is implemented through IR location devices, which transmit location information continuously. IR location is used to indicate the location of the handset in critical situations when the handset alarm button is pressed.

    An alarm can be either a personal alarm with a functionality, or a test alarm to test the personal alarm. The type of alarms used are selected by the system administrator. Refer to the Configuration Manual, Ascom Myco Wi-Fi and Cellular Smartphone for information on how to configure personal alarms.

    77. 11.4 Lock Screen Notifications Notifications from Ascom Myco as well as third-party apps are displayed on the lock screen. Ascom Myco specific notifications receive a higher priority than third-party notifications and are therefore displayed higher up on the screen.

    It indicates limited or no connectivity to the internet. Additionally, it may also indicate that mobile data is turned off. This is a feature that was introduced in Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and above and is not Ascom Myco specific. Please contact an administrator if the limited connectivity causes issues.

Tapping on the notification will open up the alert in the same way as in the alert view, i.e. in full screen. See chapter 7.
