deviation can not be directly measured in operating software, so they are configured
by other methods. The configuration procedures are shown as follows:

Find the "sensor parameter A, B and C", "filter wheel home position deviation"
and "340 nm peak wavelength" in parameter configuration based on the SN.

Click Maintenance on the main screen of the instrument. Select Maintenance
tab. Click Advanced and enter the password "analyzer" to enter the advanced
adjustment interface. Select H pos. and enter the filter wheel photo-coupler
offset in the Deviation. Click Save to return. Note the offset should be within
0-63, otherwise it can not be saved.

Configure the sensor parameters of flow cell and cuvette in parameter
configuration table to the system. If the temperature measurement assembly has
been replaced, configure the new one.

Click Maintenance on the main screen of the instrument. Select Maintenance
tab. Click Advanced and enter the password "analyzer" to enter the advanced
adjustment interface. Click Optional in the interface. Enter the value of 340 nm
channel peak wavelength to peak wavelength in the parameter configuration into
the Peak Wavelength. Click OK.

Adjust the photoelectric gain and refer to 5.1.3.2 for details; calibrate the pump
and refer to 5.1.3.3 for details.

NOTE
If the temperature sensor or analogue board has been replaced
before replacing the CPU board, enter new parameters after
replacement
If the home position sensor, motor, filter wheel and sensor stop
plate has been dismounted and repaired before replacing the
CPU board, enter new parameters after replacement.
