2.3.12 Operator Lockout Feedback Command
This command returns the operator lockout settings from the Ultimus V. 'D0' is the letter 'D' followed
by the digit '0'.
Host Format: EH--PApppp
pppp: 4-digit password. This needs to match the password set on the dispenser.
The dispenser will return an error if incorrect.
