Operation
6. If a new drum was installed and the unit is equipped
with proximity sensors, press the Pump Ready but-
ton
. Press the pause button
tracking.
7. Adjust the air motor air regulator (CK) up by 5 psi
(34 kPa, 0.3 bar). Never adjust the regulator by
more than 5 psi (34 kPa, 0.3 bar) increments. Make
sure the pump begins to cycle and heated material
flows from the bleed stem (Z) after several cycles of
the pump.
8. Prime the pump until it moves smoothly in both
directions with no air popping or erratic movement
and close the bleed stem (Z).
9. Press the Play button
enable material tracking and press the pump ready
button.

Note that the heat will remain on for the inactive unit
until the system is turned off.

press the Pump Ready button

should be on (CN).
