Replace Fan

1. Turn the main power switch off.
2. Disconnect the plug from the power outlet or turn off
the circuit breaker for incoming power.
3. Open the electrical enclosure door.
4. Remove the connector from the J7 connector on the
AWB board. Remove the red (+) and black (-) fan
wires from the connector.

5. Cut any cable ties between the end of the fan wires
to the fan (136).

6. Remove the screws (141), grill (137), four nuts
(139), rear fan grill (138), and fan (136).
7. Mount the new fan (136), rear fan grill (138), and
nuts (139) on the grill (137) with the arrow pointing
toward the grill (137).
8. Tie down the fan wires onto the tie down locations
on the grill (137) using cable zip ties.
9. Route the fan wires into the electrical enclosure.
Connect the red and black fan wires to the J7 con-
nector. Reconnect the J7 connector to the AWB.
Use cable ties to secure the fan wires to other
cables in the electrical enclosure.
NOTE: To prevent fan errors on the ADM, remove the
excess slack and ensure that the cabling and zip ties do
not contact the fan blades.

10. Reinstall the fan grill (137) and close the electrical
enclosure.
