4.3 Appendix C — SNMP Granular Trap Packets
Tables C.1 and C.2 provide a list of the information contained in the SNMP Trap packets sent by the
NetGuardian.
SNMP Trap managers can use one of two methods to get alarm information:
1. Granular traps (not necessary to define point descriptions for the NetGuardian)
or
2. The SNMP manager reads the description from the Trap.
