Uploading the outflows consists in getting the

OUT ARG OpticsIMCsgVar::AttrList:
For each entry found in the table, for each column of the table, the following info are returned in AttrList:
•
AttrVal.instance[0] = index of the inflow (opticsIMETSInFlowIndex)
•
According to the column:
– AttrVal.oid = nn MXxMplsIf::nn MXOpticsExtETSInflowMirror
– AttrVal.type = I TEGER
– AttrVal.val = Inflow Mirroring flag. Enabled (1) / Disabled (2)
Or
– AttrVal.oid = nn MXxMplsIf::nn MXOpticsExtETSInflowMirrorPort
– AttrVal.type = I TEGER
– AttrVal.val = Mirror Port. TAC1 (1) / TAC2 (2)
