Allows set or get of audio decode settings parameters.

This option is available in Version 2.75 or

This command format is currently equivalent to specifying the GET
operation for service_cfg/device/audio without any Query arguments. It
will return the complete data for all Audio device instances. Other filter
parameters will currently be ignored when specified along with the GET
device=all key for this command.
