All of the URI Arguments listed for HDMI Settings apply to both GET and POST. For GET, the
URI arguments do not need any values, except 'hdmiindex' which must be specified. For POST all
keys must be specified followed by any of the below non-key URI arguments and the associated
value the user would like to set. The GET result output field names re-use the argument names and
possible values.
