b. Position the new memory module over the memory slot. Ensure that the notch
module aligns correctly with the slot key
down into the slot until the retaining clips close.

9. Connect the memory fan cable on the memory air baffle to the memory fan connector on the system
board. See "Parts on the system board" on page 7.
10. To reinstall the memory air baffle, do the following:
Note: Ensure that all the retaining clips on the memory slots are closed.
a. Install one end of the memory air baffle on the memory slot area. Ensure that the two notches on the
memory air baffle fit into the gaps between memory slots.
