GENERAC POWER SYSTEMS "TWO YEAR" LiMiTED WARRANTY
FOR POWER WASHERS
Fora periodof two yearsfrom the dateof originalsale, Generac PowerSystems,Inc. (Generac) w arrantsitsPowerWasherswill befree from defectsin materials
andworkmanshipfor the items andperiodset forth below.Generac will, at its option, repairor replaceany part which, upon examination, i nspectionandtesting
by Generac or a Generac Authorized WarrantyServiceDealer, i s found to be defective.Repairor replacement p ursuantto this limitedwarrantyshallnot renewor
extend the originalwarrantyperiod.Any repairedproductshallbe warrantedfor the remainingoriginalwarrantyperiodonly. Any equipment t hatthe purchaser/
ownerclaimsto be defectivemust be returned to andexaminedbythe nearestGenerac Authorized WarrantyServiceDealer. A ll transportationcosts underthe
warranty,includingreturnto the factory,areto be borneandprepaidby the purchaser/owner. This warrantyappliesonlyto Generac PowerWashersandis not
transferable from originalpurchaser. S aveyour proof-of-purchase receipt.If you do not provideproofof the initial_urchasedate,the manufacturer's shippingdate
of the productwill be usedto determinethe warrantyperiod.

NOTE:Forthe purposeof this warranty"consumeruse" meanspersonalresidential h ouseholdor recreational u seby originalpurchaser.Any use of the Power
Washerin a commercialor rentalapplicationwill voidthe warranty.
GUiDELiNES
* The customeris responsible to read andfollow all operatinginstructions.
, Productsthat aredamageddueto improperoperation, w ill not be coveredby warranty. This includeswaterpump componentsthatare startedwithoutthe
requiredwaterflow andpressure.
, The customerwill be responsible to transportthe productto an authorizedGenerac repairfacilityfor all WarrantyAll Components.
, Verificationof maintenance may be requested for coverageof WarrantyRepairs.
, WarrantyLaborRatesare basedon normalworking hours.Additional c osts for overtime,holidayor emergencylaborcosts for repairsoutsidenormalbusiness
hourswill be the responsibility of the customer.
, WarrantyPartsshipmentcosts are reimbursed at ground shipment r ates. Costsrelatedto requests for expedited shippingwill bethe responsibilityof the
customer.
THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO THE FOLLOWING:
• Generac PowerWashersthat utilizenon-Generac replacement p arts.
• Costsof normalmaintenance andadjustments.
• Failures causedby any contaminated or improperfuels, oils or lackof properoil levels,or contaminated water.
• Repairsor diagnosticsperformedby individualsotherthan Guardian/Generac authorizeddealersnot authorized in writing by Generac PowerSystems.
• Failures due, but not limited,to normalwearandtear, accident,misuse,abuse,negligence or improperuse. As with all mechanical d evices,the Generac
enginesneedperiodicpart(s) serviceandreplacement t o performas designed. T his warrantywill not coverrepairwhen normaluse has exhausted the life of a
part(s) or engine.
• Failures causedby any act of Godand/orotherforce majeureeventsbeyondthe manufacturer's control.
• Waterfreezingin the pump (watermustbe drainedfrom the pump atthe endof the seasoninfreezingclimates).
• Damagerelatedto rodentand/orinsectinfestation.
• Productsthat aremodifiedor alteredin a mannernot authorized by Generac in writing.
• Any incidental,consequential o r indirectdamagescausedby defectsin materialsor workmanship,or any delayin repairor replacement o f the defectivepart(s).
• Failuredueto misapplication.
• Expenses relatedto "customerinstruction"or troubleshooting whereno manufacturing defectis found.
• Rental e quipmentusedwhilewarrantyrepairsarebeingperformed.
• Startingbatteries,fuses,filters,light bulbs andenginefluids.
THISWARRANTY ISIN PLACE OFALLOTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED O RIMPLIED, S PECIFICALLY, GENERAC POWER SYSTEMS MAKES NO OTHER
WARRANTIES A S TOTHEMERCHANTABILITY ORFITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR P URPOSE. Any impliedwarrantieswhichare allowedby law,shallbe limited in
durationto the terms of the expresswarrantyprovidedherein.Somestatesdo not allowlimitationson how long an impliedwarrantylasts,so the abovelimitation
may not apply to purchaser/owner.
