3-in-1 detergent or bio/eco is detergent not
effective enough

Wrong programme selected (programme
was too gentle)
Washing temperature too low

Utensils were precleaned too vigorously;
sensors therefore decide on a gentler pro-
gramme. Some stubborn soiling cannot be
completely removed.
