Important: To add or modify a WEP Key in an EXISTING network:
• In the 'preferred network' list (see Figure 2.15 on page 26),
highlight the network in which you want to add or modify a
WEP key, and then
• RATHER THAN SELECTING THE <Add...> BUTTON,
select the <Properties> button.
6. Press <TAB> until
<SPACE> key to enable (√) this option.
7. To define your own WEP keys, press the <TAB> key to highlight
'The key is provided automatically'
8. Press the <TAB> key to highlight the <Modify WEP Keys...> button,
and press <ENTER>.
9. Press the <TAB> key to move from field to field in this dialogue box.
Network key:
Used to specify a 5 or 13 ASCII character sequence or an equiv-
alent 10 or 26 Hexadecimal digit sequence that matches the active WEP key
on the access point.
