Comfort Control Lever
To operate. simply move lever left or right to desired comfort

Air can be di rect ed to the floor by adjusting a pu sh-pull door
be neat h each lap-cooter out let. Pull ing th e handle increases the
amollnt of floor air. Pu shi ng the hand le decreases the amount of
floor air and can shut off the floor ai r entirely.
Operating Tips
Fast Cool down
For a fa st cooldown, pu sh th e Hi·Auto button and d ri ve the car
w ith t he windows down for the first few minute s . Once th e hot a ir
has been expe ll e d from the car interior, c lose th e w indow s . When
cooldown has bee n re ac hed, sw itch to Lo-Auto .
Window Fogging
I n mi ld but ra iny or humid wea ther, ca r windows tend to fog on the
30 in s id e. To clear fog off a ll t he window s, push the Lo-Auto button.

Summer Operation

lI s ing the a ir cond it ione r in extreme ly heavy traffic in ho t wea ther,
espec ia ll y w he n tow ing a tra iler. add it io na l engi ne coo ling may be
requ ired. If this si tuation is e ncou nte red. operate t he tran smi ss ion
in a lowe r gear. Whe n stopped in heavy traffic , it may be ne cessa ry
to s hift int o neutral and depress th e acce lerato r s lightly for fa s t idle
operation.
Winter Operation
When operati ng th e system during th e winte r month s. ma ke sure
the a ir in take, which is located direct ly in front of th e windshi e ld , is
free of ice . s lu sh or ot her obst ru ct io ns .
