You can use this command to enable the device to display error message without sending any gratuitous
ARP request for conflict confirmation. The receiving device displays the message every 30 seconds until
the conflict is resolved.
To enable IP conflict notification:
Step
1. Enter system view.
2. Enable the IP conflict notification.
