Action
Gently push the levers inward to fully engage the locking mechanism. The
bottom lever will click when it is fully pushed in.

Close levers
Using a flat-tip screwdriver, turn the locking screw 1/4 turn clockwise.
Observe the LEDs on the SCC-SM to verify proper operation.
