Is the power supply voltage mea-

vibration?
Are there noise sources near the
Controller?
Are the DIN track mounting
hooks for each NX Unit securely

Are the cable connectors fully
inserted and locked?
Are there any loose screws on
the End Plates (PFP-M)?
Are the NX Units connected to
each other along the hookup
guides and inserted until they
touch the DIN track?
Are there any damaged external
wiring cables?
8 Inspection and Maintenance
Criteria
Within the power supply Use a voltage tester to check the power
voltage range supply at the terminals. Take necessary
steps to bring the power supply within the
power supply voltage range.
Voltages must be within Use a voltage tester to check the power
I/O specifications of each voltage at the terminals. Take necessary
